GOAL: To include every member of Sonnie News in competition & to improve competition Spirit by improving on awards given at the end of the season.

 

WHAT WE INTEND TO ACHIEVE?

1. Reduction on dependency syndrome on Sponsors to ensure sustainability ( especially sponsors who don’t actively participate in SNL competitions)
2. Inclusiveness by removing promotion & relegation. Each member new or old to participate in SNL competitions. Top 07 pay Ugx.10,000 less & bottom 07 pay Ugx.10,000 more in following season
3. Reduce on Absenteeism commonly witnessed in SNL championship, SNL fantasy 2^nd Tier & SNL Champions League
4. Proper planning because we intend to make budgeting & accountability easy
5. Improve competition by introduction of more meaningful awards.

 

HOW TO DO IT?

1. Four categories will be formed & each member will be free to join category of their choice
2. Each participating member to clear participation fee of category of their choice.
3. At least non refundable 50% of participation fee must be cleared before start of the season & balance to be cleared within 60 days after start of the season.
4. Pre-season tournaments to be paid for separately before they start & awards will depend on number of members registered
5. SNL Ladies League won’t appear in any category but Ladies will be welcome to join available categories. Ladies are free to pay for their own competition separately.
6. Transfer of shares allowed within first 60 days of the season.
